The studios
Five studios, two views
Each studio has its own kitchenette, private bathroom, air conditioning and a balcony — some look out over Kinira Bay, others up into the olive groves and the mountains behind. Most sleep up to 3 on twin beds and a sofa bed; a couple sleep up to 4. All are steps from the garden and a short walk from the sea.

Twin beds that convert to a double, a kitchenette tucked against the wall, and a balcony with a full view of Kinira Bay and the islet beyond — good for morning coffee before the beach.

Olive Grove Studio
On the ground floor, closest to the garden and its old olive trees. A warm, terracotta-toned kitchenette, and a balcony that looks straight into the grove — you’ll hear the cicadas before you see the sea.

Garden Studio
A quieter studio at the back of the house, facing the pine-covered hills. Bright and simply furnished, with a small sitting corner — well suited to longer stays.

Our widest balcony, catching both the bay and the village rooftops below. Twin beds, a full kitchenette, and enough space for a proper breakfast outside.
